Flowery Hat

Make a pretty flowery crown from a paper plate and paper flowers. These are fun to make for Spring or Easter.

Material: colour paper, paper plate, crayon, scissors, glue, ribbons, crepe paper, stream of plastic papper.

Method: You can use your own creativity to decorate the hat or even add stream of tails to it :)
